In 2015, we launched the first English offshore project, while the first Japanese offshore project, a multinational electronic consumer goods corporation, was launched in 2016. We were excited to pioneer the first video call center in South East Asia in 2017 to support million users in the telecommunication industry.
In 2016, BHS was established through a strategic partnership with Bellsystem24 Holdings Inc which is Japan’s foremost call center firm with 26,000 agents.
